JOB DESCRIPTION

We have a Regional Sales Vice President (VP) opening in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will hire, lead, direct and manage the sales representatives within the country. You will be accountable for exceeding sales targets, training/developing regional sales reps, and building strong business relationships with large advertisers and your sales team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct and coordinate advertising sales functions in Indonesia. Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology. Direct and oversee the company’s customer acquisition function to develop new advertisers. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results. Develop and manage sales budgets. Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts. Participate in the development of new proposals. Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. Coordinate your team’s activities with the marketing functions and programs under the direction of the VP of Marketing and VP of Merchant Sales. Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop annual and three year business plans for the company. Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. Other duties as assigned.
